2-5 years after delivery: Limited warranty. Free components, the buyer is responsible for repair service and shipping costs.

Warranty Procedure

Before you make any warranty requests, send your order number, a photo or video of the faulty product, and a description of the faulty product to contact@mars-hydro.com Our engineers will assist you.

Disclaimer

1. If the light has been tampered with or it is found that damage is caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee to pay. If the warranty seal is broken without our consent, your warranty becomes void. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, disassembling light, etc., the warranty is void. Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of Mars Hydro. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
2. For some old discontinued models, that we sell with the special clear stock price, we provide 3 months period of warranty. After 3 months, you may need to pay related fees for warranty service.
3. We only provide a warranty to customers who bought from the authorized stores, such as our official website, authorized Amazon/eBay store, retailer, distributor, agent.
4. Mars Hydro Grow Tents are FINAL SALE upon usage. If you have any problem with your tent when arriving/unpacking, please contact us right away, after use, we won't accept the warranty application.
